About the demonstration
The registration form on this website is a local interface demonstration. It does not create a BATTERY account, reserve a username, join a waiting list, or transmit information to [Operator Name].
After successful local validation, all fields and choices are cleared. Visitors should not enter a real password that they use elsewhere.
Required confirmations
The demonstration requires two confirmations solely to show the intended future flow. These choices are not retained.
- Age confirmation: the visitor states that they are at least 18 years old.
- Legal acceptance: the visitor acknowledges the draft Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Country: the visitor enters a country of residence for interface preview only.
Optional marketing choice
The marketing checkbox is optional and off by default. Selecting it does not subscribe the visitor to any communication because no email address or choice is transmitted or stored. A future marketing programme would require a separate, verifiable consent record and a working withdrawal method.
No contract or account
Completing the demonstration does not form a gambling contract, grant eligibility, confirm market availability, establish a customer relationship, or create a right to access future services. Live registration would be governed by completed terms, privacy information, verification checks, and market restrictions.
Future live registration
Before live registration is enabled, the operator must specify the information collected, purposes, legal bases, processors, retention, verification steps, player-protection controls, marketing choices, and methods for exercising privacy rights. This notice must then be replaced with the final version.
